2. Beſchloſſen, daß die von Marie Boye in St. Paul, Ill.,
für Waiſen und taubſtumme Kinder vermachten $800.00 ſo verwandt
werden, daß $400.00 unter die verſchiedenen Geſellſchaften für
Waiſenkinder zu vertheilen und $400.00 der Taubſtummenanſtalt zu
North Detroit zu überreichen ſind.

3. Beſchloſſen, daß zur Erleichterung der Geſchäfte der
Allgemeine Kaſſirer der Legatverwaltung als Glied ex officio beige⸗
geben werde.

Liegenſchaft in Milwaukee, Wis., ſiehe Seite 146.

Formulare für Vermächtniſſe.

1. I give and bequeath to the German Evangelical Lutheran
Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other States, and to its assigns, the
sum of —— Dollars ($——).

2. I give and devise to the German Evangelical Lutheran
Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other States, and to its assigns, for-
ever, the following property, to-wit: (hier folgt die Beſchreibung des
Eigenthums, welches vermacht werden ſoll).

3. I give and bequeath to the German Evangelical Lutheran
Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other States, and to its assigns, the
sum of —— Dollars ($——), to be disbursed for the benefit of
(hier Angabe des beſonderen Zweckes), or for some other purpose
to be determined by said Synod.

4. I give and bequeath to the German Evangelical Lutheran
Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other States, and to its assigns, the
sum of —— Dollars ($——), to be invested, and the proceeds of
such investment to be disbursed for the benefit of (hier wird der
beſondere Zweck angegeben), or for some other purpose, or purposes,
determined by said Synod.

5. I give, bequeath, and devise to the German Evangelical
Lutheran Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other States, and to its
assigns, forever, the following property, to-wit: (hier folgt die Be⸗
ſchreibung des Eigenthums), such property to be disposed of by said
Synod, or in any manner utilized, for (hier folgt die Angabe des
beſonderen Zweckes), or for some other use determined by said
Synod.

Von dieſen Formularen ſind No. 1, 3 und 4 für Geldvermächt⸗
niſſe, No. 2 und 5 für Vermächtniſſe an liegenden Gütern (real
estate).

2. Resolved, that the $800.00 bequeathed by Marie Boye of St. Paul, Ill., for orphans and deaf-mute children be applied as follows: $400.00 is to be distributed among the various societies for orphans, and $400.00 is to be given to the Institution for the Deaf and Mute at North Detroit.

3. Resolved, that to ease the business of the legacy administration, the General Treasurer be added to it as an ex officio member.

Of these forms, Nos. 1, 3, and 4 are for bequests of money; Nos. 2 and 5 are for bequests of real property (real estate).
