Kinder ihren Pflichten gegen die Eltern nicht nachkommen können
oder wollen.

2. Beſchloſſen, daß die Synode eine Commiſſion, beſtehend
aus drei Gliedern, erwähle, welche die Unterſtützung armer, kranker
und altersſchwacher von der Synode beſoldeter Beamten und deren
Wittwen und Waiſen gemäß dem Grundſatz, wie er im erſten Beſchluß
ausgeſprochen liegt, zu regeln hat.

3. Beſchloſſen, daß das bisherige Penſionsſyſtem bis zum
1. Januar 1906 in Geltung bleibe, damit die von der Synode einge⸗
ſetzte Unterſtützungscommiſſion für Beamte der Synode Zeit gewinne
zur Ausarbeitung eines Regulativs bezüglich des ihr aufgetragenen
Amtes und Informirung über die Verhältniſſe und Umſtände der
bis jetzt penſionirten Perſonen, um dann vom 1. Januar 1906 an
die nach Bedürfniß bemeſſene Unterſtützung gemäß Vorſchrift der
Synode den Betreffenden aus der Synodalkaſſe darreichen zu laſſen.
