Committee report.

Your committee was further assigned the report of the Commission for
the Administration of Bequests.

The commission commends the boards of control of St. Louis and of
Springfield for always sending in their report promptly, and censures
the board of control of Fort Wayne for having, despite four requests,
sent in no complete report on the purpose, yield, and use of its
bequests.

The committee report was adopted.
