Ort (und Zeit) für die Verſammlung der nächſtfolgenden
Delegatenſynode.

Es lagen zwei Einladungen vor: die eine von den Gemeinden zu Fort
Wayne, Ind., und die andere von den Gemeinden zu Detroit, Mich.

Beſchloſſen, daß die Einladung der Gemeinden zu Detroit an⸗
genommen werde.

So Gott will, wird ſich demzufolge die nächſte (11.) Delegatenſynode
im Jahre 1905 zu Detroit, Mich., verſammeln und in der Immanuels⸗
Gemeinde des Herrn P. W. Hagen tagen.

Da die Witterungsverhältniſſe bezüglich Detroits ähnlicher Art ſind
wie bezüglich Milwaukees, ſo unterließ es die Synode, auch zugleich eine
nähere Zeitbeſtimmung für die nächſtfolgende Delegatenſynode zu treffen.
Es bleibt alſo dem Allgemeinen Präſes überlaſſen, in Vereinbarung mit
den Gemeinden zu Detroit die ſowohl für die Synode wie auch für die
dortigen Gemeinden paſſende Zeit feſtzuſetzen.

Schluß der Synode.

Am Sonnabend⸗Nachmittag, den 14. Juni, ſchloß die Synode ihre
Sitzungen unter herzlichem Danke gegen Gott für ſeinen gnädigen Beiſtand
und reichen Segen mit Geſang des letzten Verſes aus dem Liede No. 346
und mit dem Gebet des heiligen Vater⸗Unſers.

Gott allein die Ehre!

Place (and Time) for the Meeting of the Next
Delegate Synod.

Two invitations were before the Synod: one from the congregations
at Fort Wayne, Ind., and the other from the congregations at Detroit,
Mich.

Resolved, that the invitation of the congregations at Detroit be
accepted.

God willing, the next (11th) Delegate Synod will accordingly meet in
1905 at Detroit, Mich., and be held at Pastor W. Hagen's Immanuel
Congregation.

Since the weather conditions in Detroit are of a similar kind to those
in Milwaukee, the Synod refrained from also setting a more specific
time for the next Delegate Synod. It is therefore left to the General
President, in agreement with the congregations at Detroit, to
determine a time suitable both for the Synod and for the congregations
there.

Close of the Synod.

On Saturday afternoon, June 14, the Synod closed its sessions with
heartfelt thanks to God for his gracious help and abundant blessing,
singing the last verse of hymn No. 346 and praying the Lord's Prayer.

To God alone the glory!
