From Cleveland, Ohio, Messrs. J. H. Melcher and W. Farthmann attended the sessions; a number of congregation members were also always present from the Trinity, Immanuel, and Zion congregations in Detroit, as well as from the congregations at Norris, Fraser, and Roseville.

Thus there were present 41 delegates, 48 advisory members, and about 50 guests.
