Zeit und Ort der Verſammlung für die nächſtfolgende
Delegatenſynode.

So Gott will, wird ſich die nächſtfolgende (6te) Delegatenſynode am
Mittwoch vor Cantate im Jahre 1890 in Milwaukee, Wis., ver⸗
ſammeln.

Schluß der Synode.

Am Sonnabend, den 14. Mai, gegen die Mittagszeit, ſchloß die Sy⸗
node, nachdem ſie ſiebzehn zum Theil ſehr anſtrengende Sitzungen gehalten
hatte, mit herzlichem Danke gegen den treuen Gott, der auch diesmal wieder
Kraft und Gnade gegeben hatte, die große Menge der Arbeiten, welche vor
der Synode lagen, mit ſeiner Hülfe zu bewältigen. Mit dem Geſang
des dritten Verſes aus dem Liede Nr. 346 und dem Gebet des heiligen
Vater⸗Unſer erfolgte die endliche Vertagung.

Time and Place of the Meeting for the Next Delegate Synod

God willing, the next (6th) Delegate Synod will meet on the
Wednesday before Cantate in the year 1890 in Milwaukee, Wis.

Close of the Synod

On Saturday, 14 May, toward midday, the synod closed, after it had
held seventeen sessions, some of them very strenuous, with heartfelt
thanks to the faithful God, who this time too had again given strength
and grace to master, with his help, the great mass of business that had
lain before the synod. With the singing of the third verse of hymn No.
346 and the prayer of the Our Father, the final adjournment took place.
