Publication of a Joint English Hymnal.
Two years ago the *Synodalkonferenz* [Synodical Conference], at the wish and petition of the Norwegian Synod, had resolved that the various synods should appoint committees which were to deliberate jointly on the publication of a joint English hymnal and to take care of any preparatory work for it. It was regretted that no report was presented.
