Be it resolved, That the important matter of the constitution and
the organization of a conference of the workers and of lay delegates
in our Colored Missions be given into the hands of a committee which
in cooperation with the Missionary Board is to study the matter and

The report of the Missionary Board reveals that our work has
been richly blessed by the Lord. 1,045 souls have been won for the
Kingdom. The spiritual life of the members manifests itself also by
frequent participation in the Lord's Supper and by liberal financial
support of the work of the Lord. Therefore be it
Resolved, That with grateful hearts to God we express our ap-

laborers in the field for their faithful services and that we wish them
the Savior's continued blessings and strength in their work.
