addiren. Gewiß iſt dadurch manches Herz zur künftigen Unterſtützung dieſes
Inſtituts gewonnen worden. War es doch, als ob die Todten anfangen zu
reden, und gewiß blieb kein Auge thränenleer, als der kleine zwölfjährige
Knabe zu Anfang mit deutlicher heller Stimme langſam betete: „Lieber
Gott, mach mich fromm, daß ich zu dir in Himmel komm. Amen.“

adding. Surely many a heart has thereby been won for the future support of this institute. It was as if the dead began to speak, and surely no eye remained free of tears when the little twelve-year-old boy at the beginning prayed slowly, in a clear, bright voice: "Dear God, make me pious, that I may come to thee in heaven.
