4. Der Sekretär wird beauftragt, die Sache etwaiger Schulden
auf den Druck der Synodalberichte in Ordnung zu bringen, reſp. die
Präſides der einzelnen Synoden zu veranlaſſen, daß ſie ihren Kaſſierern
Anweiſung geben, ihren betreffenden Teil der Schuld an den Kaſſierer
der Synodalkonferenz einzuſenden. (Vgl. Bericht VIII, S. 49.)

5. Die Schulden der Synodalkonferenz ſind pro rata, verteilt auf
die zur Synodalkonferenz gehörigen Synoden nach Proportion ihrer
Gliederzahl, zu der ſie bei Beſchickung der Konferenz mit Delegaten be⸗
rechtigt ſind, zu tilgen. Der Sekretär ſoll berechnen, wieviel auf jede
Synode kommt, und es den betreffenden Präſides anzeigen. (Vgl. Be⸗
richt IX, S. 103; VIII, S. 49; II, S. 30. 31.)

6. Wenigſtens ſechs Wochen vor Verſammlung der Konferenz hat
der Sekretär ſie in den betreffenden Kirchenblättern anzuzeigen. (Vgl.
Bericht III, S. 47.)

VI. über die Kaſſe der Negermiſſion.

Der Präſes hat ſtets ein Komitee zu ernennen, das vor jeder Ver⸗
ſammlung der Synodalkonferenz an Ort und Stelle die Kaſſenbücher
der Negermiſſion revidiere. (Vgl. Bericht X, S. 89.)

VII. über Statiſtik.

Einem jeden offiziellen Bericht über die Verhandlungen der Syno⸗
dalkonferenz iſt ein ſtatiſtiſcher Anhang über die zur Synodalkonferenz
gehörigen Synoden, deren Gemeinden, Schulen, Anſtalten, Paſtoren
u. dgl. beizugeben. (Vgl. Bericht XIII, S. 34.)

P. C. Kretzmann iſt zum Statiſtiker ernannt worden.

VIII. über ſtehende Regeln.

Die ſtehenden Regeln der Synodalkonferenz ſollen jedesmal auf
der Innenſeite des Deckblattes der Berichte der Synodalkonferenz ab⸗
gedruckt werden. (Vgl. Bericht XV, S. 79.)

4. The Secretary is instructed to put in order the matter of any debts for the printing of the synodical reports, resp. to induce the presidents of the individual synods to instruct their treasurers to send their respective share of the debt to the treasurer of the Synodical Conference. (Cf. Report VIII, p. 49.)

5. The debts of the Synodical Conference are to be paid off pro rata, distributed among the synods belonging to the Synodical Conference in proportion to the number of their members, according to which they are entitled to send delegates to the Conference. The Secretary is to calculate how much falls to each synod and to notify the respective presidents. (Cf. Report IX, p. 103; VIII, p. 49; II, p. 30, 31.)

6. At least six weeks before the convention of the Conference the Secretary is to announce it in the respective church papers. (Cf. Report III, p. 47.)

VI. Concerning the Treasury of the Negro Mission.

The President is always to appoint a committee which, before every convention of the Synodical Conference, is to audit on the spot the account books of the Negro Mission. (Cf. Report X, p. 89.)

VII. Concerning Statistics.

To every official report on the proceedings of the Synodical Conference a statistical appendix is to be added on the synods belonging to the Synodical Conference, their congregations, schools, institutions, pastors and the like. (Cf. Report XIII, p. 34.)

VIII. Concerning Standing Rules.

The standing rules of the Synodical Conference are each time to be printed on the inside of the cover leaf of the reports of the Synodical Conference. (Cf. Report XV, p. 79.)
