64 Proceedings of the Ev. Luth. Synodical Conference of North America. 1912.

7. Two bills were presented to the convention, one for "printing of the new pericopes and for travel expenses and outlays of the committee members," amounting to $49.22, and one for the printing of the "Opgjör," amounting to $22.00. Both were recognized and referred for payment.

8. It was resolved to give the Statistician a free hand with regard to the scheme of his report. All publications necessary for the preparation of the report he shall receive from the presidents [*Präsides*] of the individual synods. Any expenses shall be reimbursed to him.

9. Since in the past biennium no bills had come in to the treasurer, he had submitted no treasurer's report.

X. Next Meeting.

Since there was no invitation for the convention of the year 1914, the determination of the place as well as the closer determination of the time was left to the President.

Regarding credentials, it was resolved that these shall henceforth be sent to the local pastor and referred to a committee announced in the opening service. This committee is to report at the first session.

Concerning doctrinal discussions [*Lehrverhandlungen*], no new resolutions were adopted. The provisions of 1910 therefore remain in force. (See Report 1910, p. 63.)

XI. Vote of Thanks.

The Secretary was instructed to express in writing to the congregations in Saginaw and their pastors, for the hospitality shown, the hearty thanks of the Synodical Conference [*Synodalkonferenz*].

C. Gausewitz, President.
Johannes Meyer, Secretary.

Soli Deo Gloria!
