1. Theſen über Kirchengemeinſchaft.
2. Theſen über das Jus parochiale.
3. Theſen über innere Miſſion.

Dankvota.

1. Beſchloſſen, daß Herrn Präſes H. A. Preus ein herzlicher Dank

mission journeys in California, we take the liberty of pointing out that we as a Synodical Conference [*Synodalconferenz*] do not concern ourselves with the matter of home mission but leave this to the individual synods."

2. Regarding a renewed appeal of Pastor R. Köhler of Wilmington, Ill., it was resolved "that the matter be laid on the table, since the Synodical Conference, as already declared last year, has according to its Constitution no jurisdiction in this matter, especially as the complainant has still not gone to the last instance in the competent synod."

3. During the last session a letter came by post, together with all sorts of documents, from Pastor F. Ave-Lallemant. He asked the Conference for an opinion. The Conference passed on this matter the resolution "that, apart from the fact that Pastor F. Ave-Lallemant has not gone to the proper authority, his matter came before the Conference so late that it could no longer be considered."

XII. The Treasury of the Conference.

A committee reported: "Your committee was handed the account book of the Synodical Conference together with $5.40. Since in the last year there was neither receipt nor expenditure, the previous year's cash balance of $5.40 remains."

To this was added, for the treasurer, the resolution "that henceforth action be taken again strictly according to the resolutions of the year 1873 concerning the duties of the treasurer."

XIII. Various Inquiries.

1. On an inquiry of Pastor H. Wetzel whether the reports of the Synodical Conference could not also be published in the English language, it was resolved, as a provisional substitute, "that Pastor H. A. Becker in Delaware be requested to prepare the minutes of the Synodical Conference in excerpts for the 'Standard'."

2. The proposal to amend the Constitution of the Conference so that its meetings should take place no longer annually but only every two years was laid on the table.

Unfinished Business.

1. Theses on Church Fellowship.
2. Theses on the Jus parochiale.
3. Theses on Home Mission.

Votes of Thanks.

1. Resolved that a hearty thanks be expressed to President H. A. Preus [*Präſes*] for his labor.
