7) Den Synodalen wird es zur Pflicht gemacht, ihre Schreiben an die

...catechisms to be submitted. The Eastern Conference shall then examine
the various reports before the next convention, and report on them to
the Synod. The various conferences shall also bring to next year's
convention the catechisms they have reviewed.

5) Pastor Geyer has been charged with once more revising the school
primer he compiled to replace the one published a few years ago in the
Synod's name, and then submitting it to the Wisconsin Ministerial
Conference.

6) Persons who find actual printing errors in our St. Louis hymnal are
invited to note the passages and communicate them to Pastor Brohm for
consideration.

7) Synodical delegates are required to arrange their letters to the
Synod so that no single letter treats more than one subject, so that a
separate letter is composed for each separate matter. Whoever fails to
meet this requirement has only himself to blame if some matter he
wished to bring to the Synod's attention is left unconsidered.

8) The Evangelical Lutheran Synod in Prussia shall be sent the book
*Kirche und Amt* [Church and Ministry], the Hirtenbrief [Pastoral
Letter], etc., our synodical constitution together with the synodical
reports, and the current volume of the *Lutheraner*, by means of a
letter drafted and signed by the Secretary*), through Missionary
Baierlein, to whom Mr. Bergmann is to hand over the materials.

9) Treasurer Barthel, since he must devote his whole time and strength
to the Synod and is therefore unable to provide otherwise for himself
and his family, shall be granted a gratuity by the Synod. The College
Building Commission, with the participation of the President, is to
provide what is necessary.

*) This has been done by me. D. Secr.

The place of next year's synodical convention shall be: St. Louis, Mo.,
and the time: the Wednesday after the first Sunday after Trinity.

May the LORD graciously give us His blessing. Amen.

Supplement.

are to be added:

Post office: Sheboygan, Wis.

County, Ill. Post office: Columbia, Monroe Co., Ill.
