44 Proceedings of the Forty-First Convention,
who have made possible the preaching and the teaching of the
Gospel to precious, blood-bought, immortal souls in Alabama.
The letter follows:
Dear ——: Snow Hill, Ala., February 15, 1950
We, the teacher and children of Hamburg Lutheran School, wish
to express our many kind thanks to you for bringing us the sweet
message each preaching Sunday. You may rest assured we enjoyed each
sermon,
For many Sundays you traveled through the mud and rain. Now

The Maysville area, where present church facilities are no
longer satisfactory, since attendances are increasing. Much work
still remains to be done in this congested area, especially in the
housing project which has not yet been touched for lack of time.
