Appeals Case
The President asked the Committee on Nomina-

case. A point of order was raised as to whether the
case could be reviewed since neither party had made
an appeal within the prescribed 10-day period. The
President explained that a tie vote made the matter

A delegate who objected was informed that he could
record his objection after Dr. Behnken makes his ruling.
After various announcements the meeting adjourned
with the Apostolic Blessing.
