50 MINUTES OF THE CONVENTION
Thanks
The Chair proposed a resolution from the Board of Di-
rectors to thank the many people who assisted with the
functions of the convention. The resolution was adopted.
A rising vote of thanks was extended to President Bohl-
mann for leadership from the Chair.
Dr. Bohimann, in turn, expressed his appreciation to
the delegates for their dedication to the work of the con-
vention and for dealing with the issues in a responsible
Christian manner. In response to a question from the
Chair, the delegates expressed their enthusiastic appre-
ciation for the electronic response system which had been
used for the first time in the present convention and were
equally enthusiastic with their endorsement of it for use
in future conventions of the Synod.
