Regularize Saskatoon Arrangements in Bylaws.” A motion
was made and seconded in Session 2 to eliminate the first
resolve with its proposed Bylaws, leaving only the second
resolve, which asked the BHE to restudy the Saskatoon
arrangement. The motion failed to carry. In Session 8 the
convention permitted the committee to present Res. 6-04Basa
substitute. The principal change lay in substituting temporary
arrangements for proposed Bylaws. Favorable action follow-
