(f) Although the Fiscal Conference as such has disap-
peared from the separate Sections, it is still referred
to in 6,13, 828k, 8.37c, 8.47e, 8, 115bl, 8. 135f,
8.153e, 8.1691, 11,115, and 12.09,

Meanwhile, the Work Program Conference appears in
9.03 and is also referred to in 2. 79, 2.95d, 2.101,
2.115f. 2,187b11, 6.143, 6.145, 7.27, 8.57c, 8.79e,
10,05d, 12.27e, 13.25m, and 15.11, In the index
under "Fiscal Conference, '' it says 'See Work Program
Conference",
47, The Committee recognized that Section 2,103 "Commission for
Nomination for Executives' covered approximately the same area as Section
2.163, '"'Synodical Service Commission" and that under existing circumstances

Section 2,103 should have been deleted from the Synodical Handbook and that

Section 2,163 should remain and govern (paragraph (a) above).

48, It was next noted that in the 1963 Edition of the Synodical Handbook
the title of Chronicler had been omitted and that duties of the Statistician acting
as a Chronicler had not been incorporated in the 1963 Edition of the Synodical

Handbook (paragraph (b) above),

49. It was next noted that while Section 9.65 recognized the Board of
Trustees, this Board is not listed in Section 2.05 'Appointive Officials and

Boards" (paragraph (c) above),

50. It was next noted that even though the ''Mass Communications Council"
had been discontinued, the name of this Council still appears in Section 2. 05b

of the Synodical Handbook (paragraph (d) above).

51, It was next noted that the term "Synodical Service Commission" should
have been substituted for the term 'Commission for Nominations for Executives"

in Section 2.97, 2.99a2, 2.101 and 2,103 (paragraph (e) above).
