44, Dr, Wolbrecht referred to Resolution 6,55 on page 137 of the 1962
Proceedings and called attention to the fact that the review and the study of
the Recommendations proposed by the Survey Commission for the Fiscal Review
Commission had been made the responsibility of a Committee of the Board of
Directors and of the College of Presidents, District Presidents Lobeck and Kohn
vill represent the College of Presidents in this matter, It was agreed that
Chairman Wittmer, Dr. \.olbrecht and the undersigned should meet with these
two District Presidents to consult with them on appropriate paragraphs spelling
out the responsibilities, the composition, the authority and the function of the

Fiscal Review Commission,

45. It was agreed to defer action on the proposed rewording of Section
2,137 (Election and ranking of other Vice-Presidents) until the College of

Presidents has had an opportunity to report on this matter,

46, Dr. Wolbrecht now called attention to some errata in the Handbook:

(a) There is an apparent conflict and duplication between
Sections 2,103 and 2,163, Actually 2.163 should now
remain,

(b) What happened to the Chronicler title and function which
used to be attached to the Statistician?

(c) Although the Foundation Board is in the Handbook at
9.65a, it is not listed under 2. 05b,

(d) In addition, the Mass Communications Council con-
tinues to be listed under 2, 05b.

(e) Although the name has been changed to Synodical Service
Commission, the Commission is referred to by its
former title in 2.97, 2.99a2, and 2, 101, and 2, 103,
