90. The review of changes and additions to the Synodical HANDBOOK was

completed.

91, The Committee now turned its attention to a proposed revision of
GUIDELINES, Several efforts were made to draft and formulate paragraphs
that would be an improvement over the existing GUIDELINES, It was realized,
however, that this was an unsatisfactory procedure and consequently it was
agreed that the members of the Committee would attempt to draft their own

version of GUIDELINES in preparation for the next meeting,

92, It was also agreed that the next meeting should be held early in June -

preferably on June 4 and 5.
