BOOK TABLE.
Catechisations. Based on A Short Exposition of Luther's
Small Catechism. By D. Mcibohm. Part Second. New
Orleans, La. Published by the author, D. Meibohm,
2833 Bell St., New Orleans, La. Substantial cloth-
binding. Price, $1.60, net, plus postage. Order from
Concordia Publishing House, St. Louis, Mo.
We unreservedly recommended the first part of these
eatechizations to all pastors and teachers, and it gives us
pleasure to do the same with the second part. These cate-
chizations are the work of a man who has been teaching
children for the past fifty-five years; almost thirty of tltese
years in our Colored Mount Zion School at New Orleans,
La. Teacher Meibohm is a theoretical and practical cate-
chist. His logical mind having thoroughly analyzed the
subject to be treated, he happily presents point after point
to the child's mind by means of expert questioning. Our
dear old friend’s Catechisations have a future, as a second
edition in due time will prove.
The Sotarion Publishing Co., 105 Florida St., Buffalo,
N.Y., has sent us the following: —
“Tell His Disciples and Peter.” An Easter program
for a children’s service, by Adolph 7. Hanser.
“Friede sei mit euch!’ A German Easter program for
a chidren’s service, by Adolph 7. Hanser. Price,
each, $3.50 per 100. ;
“Eine Gottesdienstordnung fuer Konfirmationsgot-
,tesdienst,” by Adolph 7’. Hanser.
All three are very usable programs. We are sorry
they arrived too late to be given due notice in our last
number. F.J. 1.

All Alabama Lutherans, Listen!
Do You Receive the PIONEER?
We are trying hard to keep an exact list of all the
Alabama Lutherans that. may have left their homes and
are now living where we have no Lutheran church. We
want to. keep in touch with you. If you have moved,
your name is undoubtedly on our list, and the PIoNEER
is being sent to you regularly. But are you getting it?
It takes time and money to send this little paper to you
every month; but we are willing to spend both as long
as we know that you are receiving the paper. Now, pay
close attention to what we are saying: If we do not hear
from you, we shall conclude that your address, as it ap-
pears on our list, is incorrect, and we shall discontinuc
sending you the ProNeeR. Understand, in future the Pro- -
EER will go only to those who Iet us know that they are
the paper. So, then, write at once to Rev. Geo. A.
Schmidt, Box 683, Sclma, Ala.
