357. Report to the Convention (AQ. 786): After making a few editorial changes the Commission
approved the proposed report to the convention prepared by the secretary.
358. Attachments (Ag. 786A): It was agreed that several opinions and rulings of the Commission would
need to be attached directly to the report since they in themselves contained recommendations to the
convention (Bylaw 1.27 c; special committee to study bylaw for doctrinal statements). In addition, the
Commission resolved that the following opinions should be printed in full in the Workbook, possibly in
an appendix section in the back of the book:
