San Francisco Night Ministry (Ag. 385, 385A, 459): Reverend W. Grunow of San Leandro,
California, had addressed a letter to the CCM claiming that the CTCR had ruled the San Francisco Night
Ministry uncontitutional and requesting a copy of the Commission's letter to President Paul Jacobs
containing the Commission's 1969 ruling. The Commission resolved to apprise him of the 1969 ruling but
to call his attention to the fact that the Commission is still awaiting the joint document which the
Commission had suggested that President Jacobs and he should develop for the Commission and until that
time the Commission is not able to make any further ruling. It was also decided to inform him that the
Commission is not aware of such a CTCR ruling and inquires as to the document to which he is referring.
315. Proposed Bylaw Governing Withdrawal: President Arnold Kuntz had forwarded to the Commission
earlier in the spring a suggestion from Attorney Robert Knauf for a proposed bylaw governing procedures
for withdrawal from membership during a doctrinal dispute. The Commission decided to approach
Synod's legal counsel and the Board of Appeals for reaction to Attorney Knauf's letter. (Ag. 417)
