the Milwaukee Board of Control's adoption of the CCM's statement on this matter.

Secretary had submitted to the Budget Committee (Ag. 318).
100. Board of Directors Communication to Atlantic District: The Commission noted the receipt of a copy

101. Limited Tenure Rule, Ft. Wayne, Board of Control (Ag. 326): The Commission ratified the letter of
explanation sent by the Secretary to Pres. Zimmermann of the Indiana District stating that board members

102. South Wisconsin Bylaws (Ag. 327): The Commission decided to ratify the Secretary's letter

4.

Standing Committees: These paragraphs should be rewritten with "shall" being substituted

elected should be precisely detailed.

The Commission also gave formal approval to the proposed articles of incorporation.
104. Organization: By formal motions Luessenhop was elected Chairman and Sommermeyer Vice
Chairman for two year terms expiring December 31, 1973.
105. Northwest District (Ag. 287 and 287B): Freise reported that the District will be working with an
attorney to straighten out its problem.
106. Time Limit on Appeals (Ag. 308): The Secretary had suggested to President Ellerman of the
Southern District that he write to the chairman of the Board of Appeals to determine whether there is a
