The Secretary was asked to find out from the Board of Directors whether the
regulations for 3 Pension plan for synodical lay workers as submitted to Synod

(cf. Proceedings, page 620ff), are now to go into effecte

It was agreed that two copies of the Handbook be sent to every pastor of Synod

who is in active service and one to each advisory pastore

Mro Ho Kuenne agreed to get out the complete index for the Handbooke

It was the concensus of the committee that the charter of Synod is to be

published with the Constitution and By-laws. Other charters might be added

later, if necessarye
