121. Call to Order, Opening Devotion
Chairman Wilbert Sohns called the meeting to order and provided an opening devotion. Also present for
the meeting were Philip Esala, George Gude, and Raymond Hartwig. Daniel Lorenz and Neely Owen
were present for a portion of the meeting via telephone.
122. Concordia University System
The business of the entire meeting, discussion of sensitive matters related to Concordia University
System, took place in executive session.
123. Adjournment
The meeting was closed by Chairman Sohns with words of benediction.
