KEY TO THE NUMBERS

The reports and overtures to be presented to the convention have been divided into 14
groups and assigned to floor committees which bear the numbers given above. Each report or
overture is numbered. Not all numbers have been used; sometimes gaps have been introduced
intentionally in order to divide major categories. At other times similar documents have been
given a lettered suffix (A, B, etc.).

If you have been appointed to one of the floor committees, it is important that you study
thoroughly in advance the reports and overtures assigned to your committee.
