We realize the proposed change is adopted, those in the lower-salary kets would not continue to get the benefit of socialized alloca- originally written into the Pension Plan. However, we do ve that in many cases the difference will be so little as to be ally overcome by the saving in the operating expenses and tant increase in net earning. Then there is the satisfaction knowing that one’s reserve is the result of his own personal pnd the employer's contributions. The few remaining cases would Vhelp from the Board of Support and Pensions. Tueo. W. EcKHART Cuar.tes E. GRoERIcH A. W.
