Matters Pertaining to Particular Institutions 1) Conover. — Synod left the disposition of the property of the closed institution at Conover to the proposed Southeastern District or, if this District was not organized, to the English Dis- trict, with the proviso that the money realized from its sale be placed by the respective District into its Church Extension Fund. (Proceedings 1935, p. 71 and 146f.) Before signing a deed for the sale of any part of this property, the Board consulted with the officials of the English District.
