an improvement in our business status.

According to synodical regulations the following directors must
have successors elected by your convention: Mr. M. J. Roschke,
Mr. Oscar P. Brauer, Mr. Harry J. W. Niehaus, and the undersigned.
The following gentlemen still have another term to serve: Mr. Wal-
ter Junghans, Mr. R.C. Obermann, and Mr. W. F. Wischmeyer.
