The Federal Communications Commission at Washington, D.C., has heard the case and rendered its decision, from which KFUO has made an appeal. The full report, by Mr. John A. Wegner, secretary of the KFUO committee, will be found in Section Vill. The Board of Control held regular meetings every month and likewise had a number of meetings with the faculty. Besides these meetings smaller committees, such as the House, the Education, and the Radio committees, often met more than once a month to discuss the problems before them. Requests The Board of Control petitions Synod to instruct the Board of Directors to pay to the library the appropriation of $10,000 allowed at the thirty-third convention of 1926 and the $5,000 voted at the thirty-fourth convention of 1929. The Pritzlaff Library of the largest Lutheran seminary in the world should be a depository for Lutheriana of every kind, so that everything and anything pertain- ing to the great Reformer and his coworkers as well as all the material which has accumulated with reference to the Lutheran Church in the past four centuries may be brought together in our library for use of faculty members, students, and research workers.
