There were present at the convention, besides a large number of
unregistered visitors, over six hundred registered guests. Under these
circumstances it is hardly feasible to print all these names in the
Proceedings; however, they are kept on file by the Registration
Committee.

EXCUSE CARDS

The Committee on Excuses submitted the following suggestion,
which was adopted by Synod:

Your committee suggests that to expedite business the excuse cards
be amended to include the information whether the delegate is a pastor, —
teacher, lay delegate, or representative of some board, that the District
and voting circuit be mentioned, and that the delegates be urged to use
the excuse card provided for this purpose.
