Change in By-Laws. —
Report of Committee 15.

In accordance with resolutions passed at this convention, your
Committee requests that the following changes be made in the by-
laws to Synod’s Constitution : —

Resolved, ‘That II, F, 6, under the head “Rights and Duties of
Officers,” in the by-laws, be changed to read as follows: The Board
of Directors and the Fiscal Conference shall decide upon the annual
synodical budget. The Board of Directors shall see to it that the
provisions of the budget and of synodical resolutions referring to
-business and financial matters are carried out.”

This proposed change in the by-laws was adopted.

Auditing Committees — Former Regulation
Repealed.

In connection with the Auditors’ Report, Committee 15 recom-
mended the following resolution: —_

4 Resolved that § 3 of the regulations for the Board of Auditors
ath (p. 42 in the English Synodical Handbook) be repealed, and that to
q ne §6 in the by-laws, “Duties of the President” (Handbook, p. 19), the
