# The Lutheran Pioneer_St. Louis_1932_S194 # Machine transcription, uncorrected — CHI Digital Archive (demonstration) 192 THE LUTHERAN PIONEER BOOK TABLE. (By the Eprror.) Hausfreund-Kalender, 1933. Published by M. Will- komm. Printed by Johannes Herrmann, Zwickau, Saxony. Order from Concordia Publishing House, St. Louis, Mo. Price, 20 cts. This publication was founded by Dr. 0. Willkomm forty- nine years ago. The reading-matter this annual offers is truly Christian in spirit and of a high literary rank. We have always had particular pleasure in reading the short paragraphs given on the pages opposite the monthly cal- endar. These paragraphs have been selected with great care and are most edifying in character. The article on “Homesickness” by the editor and that by a contributor on “Luther’s Coat of Arms” are well written. The an- nual has a special department for its younger readers. It is published in the interest of the Saxon Free Church, a body in affiliation with the Synodical Conference, and contains much information about that organization. Joy to the World.
