THE FLOOR COMMITTEE'S REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE TREASURER’S REPORT

The cost of maintaining the African Missions was also slightly
diminished, in Spite of increase of Salaries, by decreases in traveling
and equipment expenses,

e Domestic Budget was underspent by about $30,000. The
African Budget was overspent by about $10,000.

The Church Extension Fund shows a capital of $345,127.04,
Most of the loans are current, and repayments are being received
regularly,

We recommend that the treasurer’s report for the Fiscal year
July 1, 1953, to June 30, 1954, be accepted.

€ commend the treasurer, Mr, Russell Rolling, for his faith-
ful and efficient services,

€ commend the Missionary Board for engaging the services
of a certified public accountant, TRACY B. WHITTON & COM-

952; January 29 and 30, 1953; April 16 and 17, 1953; November 12
