Action by the convention: Adopted. Workers in the African Field We thank God for the faithful workers in the African Field, mindful of their devoted service and their zealous patience under extreme hardships, grateful unto the Lord of the church for the numerous blessings which He has bestowed upon their diligent labors. We also take cognizance of the consecrated services which their beloved wives have rendered the church in their respective positions. We joyfully praise our God that His work in Africa has so developed that the church is well on the road toward becoming an indigenous church, prepared to stand firm and to move forward in the years ahead.
