The Commission will meet via conference call at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 10, 2002. It will also
have a face-to-face meeting in St. Louis beginning at 8:15 A.M. on Monday, January 20 and continuing
until noon on Tuesday, January 21, 2003.
