Appropriations - Resolution 13-10A had eliminated the Fiscal Review Commission and
had adopted new procedures for setting the budget. After Secretary Mueller had consulted
in person during the meeting with the Treasurer, the Administrative Officer, and the
Manager of Concordia Plans meeting together, the Commission decided to adopt their
recommendation and to change the wording of 10.35 to read:
a. The annual budget shall include the necessary provisions for such supplemental

benefits.
b. The annual budget shall include the necessary provisions to enable the Board of
Managers-Pensions and Support to discharge its responsibilities in the providing of support.
In addition, the Commission by means of one covering motion approved all of the following changes:
