240. Herbert Mueller gave the opening prayer. All members were present. The previous minutes were
approved as distributed.
241. Additional Information Requested by Nominating Committee (Ag. 1151): This item had been held
over from the previous meeting (see Min. 193). Since no additional request or notification had come from
the Committee for Convention Nominations, the Commission resolved to postpone action at this time on
the proposal to ask for statements of position and of qualification from the candidate.
242. Convention Report (Ag. 1148): The Commission took up once again its report to the convention and
discussed it in considerable detail, especially Section II, retitled "Issues." After some changes had been
made as indicated on the copy attached to the minutes, the Commission resolved to submit this report to
the Dallas convention.
243. Reprinting of Opinions (Ag. 1172): The Commission spent considerable time going through a list of
opinions to determine which ones should be reprinted in the convention Workbook. It decided upon the
