Dr. Wolbrecht: Dr. Wolbrecht appeared before the Commission with a document calling attention to 25 concerns which seem to indicate that some changes in the Bylaws are necessary. The Commission went through these concerns with the Executive Director and agreed that most of them were legitimate but felt that recommendations for actions should originate elsewhere in most instances. 211. Employment Conditions: However, Dr. Wolbrecht agreed to send a formal request for a ruling on whether 2.83 c (the involvement of the Board of Directors with respect to employment) applies to KFUO, CHI, CPH, and the Boards of Control. (Point V). 212. Audits 2.89 e: It was also felt that the Commission could perhaps rule on the interpretation of 3.89 a regarding audits. Dr. Wolbrecht will submit a request for a ruling (Point VI). 213. New Haven: Some discussion was given to the question of whether the New Haven opinion should be published in the Reporter after Dr. Harms has taken formal action. The Commission stood divided on the question. 216.
