[unnumbered — title page; SCAN: this is a second scan of the title page, appended here at the end
of the PDF next to a color-calibration card ("VierFarbSelector Standard," Euroskala Offset,
copyright 4/1999 YxyMaster GmbH) — a scanning-process artifact, not the volume's actual final
page. The book's real title page stands at the front of the volume, outside this worker's range
(PDF 85–105). At the lower left, a round library or ownership stamp with a cross at its center;
the lettering around it is too faint in this scan to be read reliably.]
