From the CPH Web site, users can chat on message boards, find answers to questions, and download samples and bonus materials as well as full products—such as complete Bible studies or other instructional materials. CPH’s Financial Highlights Revenue during 2004-2006 has grown over 13 percent. This increase is primarily due to the acquisition of our Fort Wayne Semi- nary Bookstore and the sales of both our new Sunday School curricu- lum, Growing in Christ, and the new hymnal, Lutheran Service Book. CPH has designated funds for investments in future projects, such as development costs related to the new Lutheran Study Bible, the extension of Luther’s Works, more Concordia Curriculum Guides, translation of John Gerhard’s Theological Commonplaces from Latin into English, and future quarters of Growing in Christ. CPH Gives Back CPH has been blessed with the ability to share a portion of its net income with The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, both directly and on the local level. CPH gave the Synod more than $1 million during the last triennium. Additionally, in 2006, we dis- tributed more than $700,000 directly to LCMS congregations and schools in the form of $100 vouchers sent to each congregation and school. Our customers’ trust in and use of our products has allowed CPH to turn around and support the nurturing and outreach efforts of the LCMS and its churches and schools in a tangible way. CPH Looks to the Future Blessed with a solid financial position, CPH will continue, with the help of God, to faithfully serve The Lutheran Church— Missouri Synod. By embracing emerging technologies while stay- ing true to our Lutheran heritage, CPH will continue to give voice to the Gospel message of Christ through creative, practical, and relevant products and services for churches, schools, and homes.
