The LWML, an official auxiliary of the LCMS is committed to touching the lives of all LCMS women, and therefore the church, in several ways. We provide opportunities and resources for spiritual enrichment, a greater mission awareness and personal commitment to service. As Lutheran women in mission we can and do make a significant difference for our Lord. In June 2003, the Board of Directors adopted the following tar- gets and goals for the 2003-2005 biennium. A sampling of activi- ties that address these targets are listed: Primary Target: Spiritual Living Each woman’s life is reflecting Jesus’ love as she is nourished by the Word. Activities include: redesign Mustard Seeds, Bible study on men- toring, a package of mite devotions, new Marriage Matters, new greeting cards, retreats, resources, and program helps.
