In the past the PTRs were beneficial and effective tools of evangelism in The Lutheran Church — Missouri Synod. New variations are being developed presently in the Synod. Therefore be it Resolved, That we develop and conduct PTR-type services and other outreach efforts; and be it further Resolved, That the Board for Evangelism produce appropriate materials for supporting our congregations in this endeavor. Action: None. Referred under omnibus Res. 4-47 to the Board of Directors. To Foster Child and Youth Evangelism RESOLUTION 8-07 Report 8-01, 5 (CW, p. 309) Resolved, 1.
