During this time Dr. Behnken returned to the chair. Committee 12 — Public Relations and Mass Media The Synod’s television program was committed to the prayers of its members (TB 392,15). After amend- ing a proposed resolution to include the Board for World Missions and the Missionary Board of the Lutheran Synodical Conference and after inserting on line 19 the words “by way of preparing for the early inauguration of indigenous program production,” the convention de- cided to have foreign language sound tracks of “This Is the Life” prepared (TB 393,16).
