Resolved, That Synod offer prayers of thanks to Almighty God
for the gifts of these and all other loyal servants of the church
and for the faithful use they made of their talents in the service

of our Synod.

Special Resolution

Resolved:

A. That we thank Saint Paulus Congregation for serving as
host congregation to the convention;

B. That we thank the California and Nevada District for
making the necessary arrangements to assure a successful and

enjoyable convention;

C. That we thank the congregations of San Francisco and of
the neighboring areas for working and giving unstintingly to make
this convention an outstanding event;

D. That we thank God for granting health and ability to our

esteemed President, Dr. J. W. Behnken, to guide the convention
through its many busy sessions;
