RESOLUTION 11-03

Overtures 6-42—49, L8-48—49 (CW, pp. 281—282; TB,
pp. 12—17)

Wuereas, The Special Committee 11 having considered
all overtures assigned to it, concludes that by the ratifi-
cation of the clarification of Bylaw 8.69 etc., and the rat-
ification of the Agreement between Dr. Robert D. Preus,
the Board of Regents of the Fort Wayne Seminary, and the
Board for Higher Education, that Overtures 6-42, 6-43, 6-
44, 6-45, 6-46, 6-47, 6-48, 6-49, L8-46, L8-47, L8-48, and
L8-49 be respectfully declined. .
