The Precinct Ballot Committee, known as PBC, will be used for the major group of boards’ and committees’ elec- tions, otherwise known as the general election, and oth- erwise as needed. This method has been used at previous conventions. Written ballots will also be used as needed. The chairman of the convention may also choose to use the traditional voice voting and hand voting. The Elections Committee shall have the responsibility of validating the votes. Election results will be announced at the time the next ballot is ready to be voted on.
