Proposed Agenda

Report on Lutheran Worship Agenda

Res. 3-13 of the 1981 convention authorized the Commission
on Worship to prepare a new agenda and to present it to the
1983 convention for adoption.

In accordance with this resolution, the Commission on
Worship is pleased to report that it has essentially finished its
work. The proposed agenda follows. The commission recom-
mends its adoption as an official service book of the Synod with
the understanding that further work will be limited to editorial
changes plus the inclusion of an introduction, appropriate
notes and listings of additional psalms and readings to various

rites, and helpful indexes.
