Concordia College at Fort Wayne, theological preparatory school, naturally has some buildings whi have been in use for many decades. The old Administration Build; ing was erected in 1856, almost a century ago, and in the course | time has been used as a dormitory and classroom building and & one time partly as a faculty residence. At present it houses som of the offices, the bookstore, and some of the music facilities. Thi building is old, inadequate, inconvenient, and not fireproof. Th Registrar’s offices are in cramped quarters and must be locate on the second floor, to which access can be gained only by meat irway. The business offices have inadequa of a long, narrow stai space. The President's offices must be located in another buildin The centralization of administrative offices and facilities is impo sible under the present conditions. Other educational faciliti desirable for modern educational administration and guidance 4 impossible unless a new pbuilding is provided. As one of the t top consistent producers of ministerial students, we are laggi behind other synodical schools in physical facilities.
